Football Fanatic

Now that Korie is old enough, we decided she would have fun at some football games, and lord knows she better get used to it in her life!  :)  A few weeks ago, Korie went to her very first football game with Mommy in Lawrence to watch KU play.  She really seemed to like it (although it's hard to tell from the pictures)!  She loved to people watch, and she loved to clap and cheer for the boys playing ball.  Occasionally she would get scared when the cheering got loud, but otherwise she really liked it, especially after Aunt Lindsay and Livie got there to keep her entertained in the 2nd half.  She even learned to signal "touchdown", and got to wave the wheat!  She behaved so well, and she made it halfway through the 4th quarter before she got super antsy and crabby.

This past weekend, Korie went to her 2nd game (her first ISU game) in Ames with Mommy and Daddy.  She didn't get much of a nap, so she was tired, but once again, she did so well!  She had fun "tailgating" with the Nedveds and baby Niles, watched the band and players come in at the Spirit Walk, and did really well at the game!  Once again, she made it into the 4th quarter before she got really tired and antsy and had to go to the truck with Mommy.  Our little girl seems to be a footbal fanatic already, although she isn't a good luck charm so far, witnessing two losses!
