Nine Months Old!

Can you believe this sweet little girl is 9 months old? Time is flying by so quickly. She is such a busy little girl...in case you can't tell from the pictures, it's getting harder and harder to keep her still in one spot for longer than 2 seconds. ;) At her 9 month appointment, Dr. Loucks again deemed Korie "smart and perfect." She weighed 20 lbs 8 oz (77th percentile) and is 29 inches long (90th percentile). Her growth has dropped off a little, but Dr. Loucks wasn't concerned; she said that is common at this age, especially given how active and mobile she is now. Korie is crawling all over, pulling herself up, standing on her own (while holding onto something), walking with help, and is saying "mama" and "dada." She loves music and dancing, opening and closing doors, looking at herself in the mirror and in pictures, waving hello and goodbye, and playing with her toys. Our big girl has three teeth, and she is getting really good at feeding herself. She is quite the busy little girl, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Two weeks ago, we had our little miracle baptized. Even though church is in the middle of naptime, she did so great, and even seemed to enjoy the water. Korie, you are such a blessing in all our lives, and Mommy and Daddy love you beyond measure! May God always be with you!

Korie's 8 Month Pictures!

She was crabby that day, so I'm so glad we got several good pictures out of it...Tammy is a great photographer!
