Lovin the Leaves

Korie loves leaves.  And when I say she loves leaves, I mean she is obsessed with them.  Whenever we are outside, she gathers up as many leaves as she can carry, and will not let them go.  We walk up and down the sidewalk every day, looking for and picking up leaves!  I'm not sure what she's going to do when there aren't any leaves left outside!

Mommy's Birthday

Last month, Mommy turned 33 (yikes)!  Daddy and Korie treated Mommy to a yummy dinner at Bonefish, and Daddy also got flowers for Mommy, and for Korie too.  :)  Daddy also got Mommy the new iPhone 5 for her present...woohoo!  Every birthday gets better and better with these two!  (P.S.  Doesn't Korie look adorable in her little plaid shirt dress?! 
Too bad she wouldn't cooperate for pictures with our flowers!)

Happy Halloween!

Korie recently enjoyed her 2nd Halloween.  Mommy had to work Halloween night, so we did a bunch of stuff prior to Halloween.  The weekend before, we did Trick or Treating at Westroads Mall with my friend Katie and her boys who were visiting from KS.  It was Korie's 1st official time trick or treating, and she got some candy and she had her first sucker...she loved it!  The night before Halloween, we decorated pumpkins with silly faces that GG got for Korie.  On Halloween, we visited Daddy at work and trick or treated at his office.  That night, while Mommy was at work, Korie helped Daddy hand out candy in her costume and had fun seeing all the neighborhood kids.  Korie, our adorable little giraffe, had a great time, and I'm sure next year will be even better!

Dancing Queen

Last night we went to a wedding reception for Robin Tooley (Michelle's sister in law).  Korie had a blast running around with her cousins and all the other kids, and she especially loved dancing...she was the life of the party!  :)  Here's a video of her showing off her dance moves, which she clearly didn't get from either of her parents!
